Littlestown Baseball for Youth, Inc.
Last season, our organization supported 39 teams playing in 9 leagues. Being a non-profit, self-supporting organization, we rely heavily on the money raised from fund-raising and donations. We do this in hope to keep the cost of registration fees at a minimum, and also to help offset the costs of such things as liability insurance, field maintenance, umpire fees, equipment, and other miscellaneous expenses incurred.
An organization of this size also requires a large number of volunteers, not only during the ball season, but all year long to keep things running smoothly. It is very important for every parent to give some time to our organization, so it doesn’t become a burden for a few. Ultimately, when we all work together it is our children who benefit.
Meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Littlestown American Legion. Meetings are held year round and are opened to anyone interested in supporting the efforts and continued success of the League.
